- Description

The starting point for this challenging summit tour is the Freiburger Hütte. You can reach the hut with the hiking bus "Formarinsee" from Lech. From here, take a gravel road to the Freiburger Hütte, which is the starting point of the tour. From there, head west across alpine meadows on the Masonweg trail, along the ridge below the Gwurfjoch. A traverse across a gravel field follows to the foot of the mountain. Steep ascent to the summit, partly with rope belays over easy climbing sections up to the summit. Surefootedness and a head for heights are required - a mountain guide is recommended! Return on the same route.
