Niederthai in summer - guest house Staff in summer

Niederthai lies in a southern side valley of the Ötz Valley, on a sunny plateau at 1550 m above sea level. Niederthai’s altitude has an additional recreation value. The allergy-free climate creates a new quality of life and the intermediate altitude eases bronchial illnesses.

Surrounded by beautiful forests, this mountain village is the starting point for numerous walks and hikes on maintained hiking trails and mountains tours.

The unusual, geologically not yet investigated rock formations in the Taufererberg Mountain, presents an interesting experience of a high-alpine forest. They are a 10 minute walk away from our house.

The highest waterfall of the Tyrol is an exceptional highlight. Experience how the water masses fall 150 m into the depths. By the way Niederthai has excellent catering establishments.

All apartments:
18 beds and 8 divan beds, space for maximum 26 people

Apartment 1
Size: 65 m2
Standard: 5 people (possible: 2-6 people)
With a large sunning terrace, 1 bedroom with a double bed and two extra divan beds, 1 bedroom with a single bed and one extra divan bed (furthermore 1 bedroom with a double bed and one extra divan bed on request), with shower and WC, and a comfortable kitchen-living room. The apartment is fully furnished (including sat-TV).

Apartment 2
Size: 45 m2
Standard: 2 people (possible: 2-5 people)
With a large balcony, 1 bedroom with one double bed and an extra divan bed, there is also a double-couch in the living room (furthermore 1 bedroom with a double bed and one extra divan bed on request), with shower and WC and a comfortable kitchen-living room. The apartment is fully furnished (including sat-TV).

Apartment 3
Size: 85 m2
Standard: 6 people (possible: 2-9 people)
The apartment offers 1 bed room with a double bed, 1 three bedded room, 1 three bedded room with one extra divan bed; with 2 showers and WC's, a comfortable living room with farm stove and a kitchen. Furthermore there is a storage room (hallway) and the apartment is fully furnished (including sat-TV).


Apartment 4
Size: 45 m2
Standard: 2 people (possible: 2-3 people)
Separate bedroom (1 double and 1 single bed) with shower/WC, a comfortable living room with rustic stove and built-in kitchen. The apartment is on the ground floor, has a separate entrance and is handicapped accessible. Furthermore, it has a large terrace and is fully furnished (including sat-TV).

We have the conditions of the Austrian ABGH.

In case of a cancellation we charge a fee as follows:

  • 3 months and more before arrival: no fee
  • 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40 % of the booking amount
  • 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70 % of the booking amount
  • 1 week or less before arrival: 90 % of the booking amount




Travel cancellation Insurance:
We recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
