The tour begins at the mountain station of the Paolina chairlift and leads on trail no. 539 past the Christomannos monument up to the Rotwandhütte mountain hut. Head left from there, ascending sharply to the beginning of the via ferrata. From the entrance slightly behind a tower on scree until the insurance (A/B) leads to a difficult 10 meter wall (B/C). Then a slight traverse to a narrow chimney through which one descends on iron steps 8 m (C), cross briefly slightly to the left under the Torre de le Stries, descend steeply again 8 m (C) and slightly to a footpath leading to the next wall. Easy (A) leads to a steeper descent (B). Then a U-shaped crossing (A) to a gap with a nice view to the west. Descent continuous B down to a meadow car, which goes up to the Fensterlturm. Cross horizontally to the other side. End the path on the right, but on the way to the hut there is a narrow gap (B/C) with a ladder and at the very end a somewhat slippery part of the wall (B/C).
