You start in Ochsengarten at the parking of the cable car station. Walk through the village. At Gasthof Bergland turn right and follow the hikin gpath ghrough the forest. Always keep direction Kühtai, untill you reach the normal road. At this place you have to cross the bridge. On the other side of the bridge hike up on the Höllwiesenweg to Almhof Mareil.

The car drive to the Ötztal valley. Situated in Tirol, the Ötztal valley set off in southerly direction and is the longest side valley in the Eastern Alps. The journey with the car leads you through the Inntal valley to the entrance of the valley and further on through the valley. Among the toll motorways you can also use the country roads.
