The tour starts from the village centre. Bear left of the church, walk past the Hotel Böglerhof and turn left. Follow up the meadow path past the trees planted for regular guests and follow the signs for „Hausberg“. At the last farm follow the A23 signs for "Steinweg“. The trail leads up to the „Hösl“ Saddle.
The views from the platform over Alpbach and the mountains are splendid!
To walk back follow the signs for Jausenstation Oberthaler and Zottahof and all the way back down to Alpbach.
