Seen Lauf 10km (Lake run)

The start is westwards, over the roundabout further to the church. There turn left and continue on the road until the crossroads. Then turn right and follow the road towards Vilsalpsee. After the houses, at the fork in the road, turn right and continue along the forest path. Again on the asphalt follows a slight ascent to the bridge, then to Vilsalpsee and further on the left shore of the lake. After about 400 m there is a 180° turn and the same path back again. After the first bridge turn right into the forest and immediately left again. Then follow the gravel road until you reach the asphalt road. Turn right here, heading north until you reach the bridge. There turn right, through the district of Schmieden. At the Hotel Jungbrunn turn left downhill. Through Tannheim to the church and again right to the roundabout and to your destination.
