Locarno-Brissago

From Locarno, by following the signposted bike trail, you reach Ascona. Near the post office, take the road uphill to the right to Monte Verità. Continue on Via Gottardo Madonna until reaching Ronco s. Ascona. Here turn into Via Barcone, a road across the woods that will take you to Brissago. While descending towards the lake, you will pass by an interesting Sacred Mount. The same route back is recommended.
