The "Sunnseitnweg" Trail of Funes|Villnöss

From the upper bus terminal of S. Maddalena briefly follow the road to the Ranui bridge connecting the meadows (indications). The unpaved road no. 26A leads to the Kantiolhöfe farms (1,380m). Take the access road to the left, follow route no. 26 to the north leading to the ditch and the farms on the other side of the road, from where you will see the first signs for the "Sunnseitnweg" trail. From the Bühler Hof farm, the trail leads partly along footpaths and partly on farm roads to S. Pietro (1,132m; refreshments served). Follow trail no. 11 on the western side of the Höfestraße to the St. Valentine church (1,150m). Continue through the forests and fields up to the Miglanz farm (1,083m). From there route no. 11 leads uphill to the forest, before crossing a larger forest area. After the second trench the route descends along sharp bends, before reaching the fields at Tiso. Returning to the paved road, the route reaches the center of Tiso (850m; refreshments served). From there, trail no. 11 leads downhill to the hamlet of Nava (805m), and then to the forest, and from there down into the valley, under the motorway and for a short distance along the road leading towards the bus stop at the Weißes Rössl inn (531m; refreshments served).
