Our hearty breakfast is of the very finest, with natural products from local farms, handpicked herbal teas from our mountains, the aroma of fresh coffee or latte macchiato to wake you up .... home baking and sweet confectionery are a great way to start your day.

Relexation for body & soul
Plenty of exercise in the clear Tyrolean mountain air followed by a relaxing sauna/steam bath or solarium round off the personal "Stubai Mountains Wellness Offer".
You can use our sauna and steam bath (free) and coin-operated solarium every afternoon from 4 till 7.30 pm. Drinks are available.

• Make use of our solarium (Turbo Tanner) - 1 unit à 20 minutes EUR 7.00.
  
• Dogs by request only, EUR 5.00 / 10.00 per day (without food).
  
• We would be pleased to lend you a bath robe for the duration of your stay. One-off utilization fee EUR 5.00.
  
• We will clean your apartment in between times too on request: "Habicht": EUR 12.00 / "Zuckerhütl": EUR 20.00
  
• When you book bed and breakfast, you also have the option of using the kitchen at any time.
  
• Surcharge for a "Habicht" room: EUR 8.00/per day plus a one-off final cleaning charge of EUR 10.00
  
• Surcharge for a "Zuckerhütl" room: EUR 14.00/per day plus a one-off final cleaning charge of EUR 18.00
  
• Breakfast is also available to our apartment guests. Adults EUR 10.00 / children aged up to 15 years EUR 7.00.
  
• We levy a surcharge of EUR 11.00 per night if the "Habicht" apartment is only occupied by 1 person.
  
• We levy a surcharge of EUR 10.00 per night if the "Habicht" apartment is occupied by a 3rd person.
  
• We levy a surcharge of EUR 10.00 per night if the "Zuckerhütl" apartment is occupied by a 7th person.
  
• We levy a surcharge of EUR 7.00 if bookings are made for one night only.
  
• In the event of premature departure, we charge for the number of days booked when the reservation was made.
  
• You can use our sauna and steam bath free of charge every afternoon from 4.00 - 7.30 pm.
