This hike is a perfect opportunity to get to know the town better - especially the "Tierisch Wild" adventure hiking trail. Here you can experience life-size images of the local animals up close and get to know the habitat of these animals better.

From the info point, follow the signs via the Kirchsteig to the state road and on to the Volz mill. Shortly before the mill, turn left onto the cycle path and footpath along the Katschbach, follow this to the first bridge, cross the bridge and go back to the state road, continue almost straight along the state road to the Kammersberg intersection, where you turn right and follow the road for approx. 800m to the first fork in the road. Here you turn left and after the last house in the forest with the adventure hiking trail "Tierisch Wild". At the end of this hiking trail you keep right up towards "Grubenbauer", from there continue over a forest and meadow path towards "Grubenbauer". Luagtrattner". You then go back down into the valley towards Gasthof Trattner. From there you go back to the starting point.
