Description

The leisurely circular route through vineyards and orchards starts in Stubenberg at the main square or in Tiefenbach at the Buschenschank Gruber. Wherever you start, the route is marked as a circular path and is about 12 kilometers long. Right through the idyllic nature of the ApfelLandes-Stubenbergsee in eastern Styria. Always included is the unique landscape and the magnificent views.Delicious "Brettljausn" with homemade products strengthen the small and large hiker. The Buschenschankweg is marked with the number 10.

Directions
The Buschenschankweg has its starting point in the center of Stubenberg and then leads us along trail no. 10 with a slight climb in the direction of the Buschenschank Hofer-Toni.

After this short stretch of road, the trail leads exclusively through woods and meadows until you reach the Jandl fruit farm. After a few kilometers, you pass by the ehe. Buschenschank Schleiss and now it is only a stone's throw through the vineyard to the Buschenschank Gruber. From there you take the connecting path to Schielleiten and then get on the Fieberbründlweg Nr. 7 to the Buschenschank Haider. The path leads past the area of Schielleiten Castle and then through a forest to the Haider wine tavern.

After a short rest, after a few hundred meters you already reach our last stop. The Moarpeter farm brewery. The last stretch to the starting point leads back to the starting point on a flat road with little traffic.

Tips for even more hiking fun:  Rules of behaviour when hiking

A few tips for correct and fair behavior in the forest:(Source: www.bundesforste.at )

Hikers should avoid visits to the forest about 1.5 hours before sunrise and after sunset, as wildlife is particularly active during this time.

Plastic bottles, handkerchiefs, cigarette butts & Co have no place in the forest! Please make sure that you do not leave any trash in the forest.

Camping and making fire - is strictly forbidden in the forest!

Basically, each person is allowed to collect 2 kg of mushrooms and berries per day in the forest for personal use. It is only forbidden if the forest owner expressly prohibits it.
