- Brief description
-
On this hike you can expect different stations of the Kneipp teachings. The Kneipp path includes 3 different routes where you can experience, enjoy and learn a lot. For example, you pass by the arm water pool in the Europapark.
A visit to the herb farmer is also worthwhile. At the "Jakobi-Bründl" you come to a mystical place where you can forget everyday life. For children, there is a barefoot play area next to the foot-water pool. (Water treading pool)

- Description
-
The Kneipp Association St. Jakob im Walde was founded in 1998 and thus also the Kneipp path was ceremoniously opened. In the course of time, there have always been renewals so that the five pillars of the Kneipp teachings are attractively expressed along the Kneipp path. At the beginning of the Kneipp path near the elementary school, the five pillars are represented. The hike takes you across the Europapark, past the Lueger Inn to the vicinity of the Arzberger homestead, where there is a chestnut tree and a wayside shrine, and right next to it you will find a plaque with a short biography of Father Kneipp. The next station is again dedicated to the order of life: an unusual wooden cross invites you to linger and pause.
If you are interested, you can also visit the herb garden in the herb kingdom and the relic of Emperor Charles in the parish church in the course of the hike along the Kneipp path.

A few tips on correct and fair behaviour in the forest: (Source: www.bundesforste.at )
Hikers should avoid visits to the forest about 1.5 hours before sunrise and after sunset, as wild animals are particularly active during this time.
Plastic bottles, handkerchiefs, cigarette butts etc. have no place in the forest! Please make sure that you do not leave any rubbish in the forest.
Camping and lighting fires are strictly forbidden in the forest!
In principle, every person is allowed to pick 2 kg of mushrooms and berries per day for personal use. It is only prohibited if the forest owner expressly forbids it.
