On this snowshoe hike you can experience the fascination of a deluxe winter landscape. Immerse yourself in the snow-covered nature of the Murau region.
- Directions

This tour leads past the “Fortner Chapel” and the “Friesenhof” to the “Lackenkreuz”. 300 m after the “Friesenhof” you leave the forest path to the left (hiking path no. 8). From the forest path, after a short climb, the “ridge hike” begins with wonderful views of the Gstoder (2,140 m), the entire Krakautal, the Dorferalm and the Etrachtal. At 1,505 m you have reached the “Lackenkreuz”. After about 700m you reach the Holzerhütte (not managed). From here take path number 9 downhill to a fork. Here continue on Panoramaweg 10 to the starting point.
Alternative: return from the Holzerhütte on the same route.
