- Description
-
This round tour runs on federal and state roads, partly slightly sloping, mostly flat, but also with short climbs.
A rest at the idyllic Hubertussee is highly recommended!
- Directions
-
We start at the main square Mariazell and drive along the Wiener Neustädterstraße to the end of Mariazell.
Now we turn left onto the B21 towards Halltal and drive down the Kreuzberg. We drive through Halltal and follow the B21, pass Terz and continue to Gscheid - here we turn left onto the L101 towards Ulreichsberg.
At the next crossing we also turn left towards Walstern-Hubertussee and follow the road until we come to the beautiful Hubertussee (here or at the Wuchtlwirtin we can take a short break).
Then we drive through the Rechengraben towards Mariazell, at the end of the Rechengraben we turn right again.
Shortly after we come to the Kreuzberg, here it goes again steeper uphill. Once we have passed the Kreuzberg, we are back at our starting point, the main square of Mariazell, after about 1.5 km.
