There are many encounters with water: at the village fountain in Ratschendorf, along the rustic Gnasbach, in the open-air swimming pool of St. Peter am Ottersbach, at the Ottersbachmühle, a 100-year-old water mill, and of course at the many small ponds between Priebing and Oberrakitsch.

Wine lovers should not miss a visit to the Ploder-Rosenberg winery: the rich and clear wines, which have won many awards, are characterized by the volcanic soil and the mild southeast Styrian climate. Other typical culinary delights are offered by the Sixt oil mill and the wine taverns and innkeepers along the way.
