- Description
-
A new footpath and cycle path built in 2020, which connects the districts of Etzersdorf and Rollsdorf in the market town of St. Ruprecht an der Raab. It is also the connection to the WZ16 to the apple village Puch and to the Weinland Steiermark bike tour.
- Directions
-
We start at the nursery school of Etzersdorf (parking spaces are available opposite) and ride only a few metres in the direction of Rollsdorf along the federal road L360.
Another possibility: We ride behind the nursery school along a road with little traffic to the starting point of the new walking and cycling path built in 2020 (after the nursery school turn right - there you can make a detour to the Buschenschank Leiner - and then immediately right again - after a few metres we come back to the L360 where the cycling path starts).
The exact start of the cycle path is after a bend on the L360.
There we join the cycle path, which leads us along the main road to Rollsdorf.
In Rollsdorf we recommend a stop at the Gasthaus Reicher and a visit to the Mesnerturm. - Highest point

Don't forget all your equipment (repair kit, first aid kit, etc.)! Only ride on marked paths! Observe the road traffic regulations! Observe driving bans and keep to opening times! Control your speed! Do not leave any tracks! Respect other nature users! Show consideration for animals (ride in daylight & close pasture fences)! Avoid noise and garbage! Use the cycle paths at your own risk! Beware of working machines, wood or potholes on the road, grazing livestock and vehicle traffic (forest roads are working areas and workplaces)!
