Our house is in a very peaceful and idyllic location in the local part Oberried, approx. 2 km from the center. It offers a fabulous view of the Gamskogel. For your well-being days in the Oetztal our holiday house offers the best prerequisite: hike'n bike directly from the house into our area, ski bus stop and cross-country track within easy walking distance. Entrance into corridor with wardrobe. Lounge with tables, living room with kiln in Tyrolean style. Kitchen (oven, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher) with cosy dinette. Storage room. Two showers.
1st floor: 3 double rooms, 2 with balcony. WC on half floor.
2nd floor: 2 double rooms with and balcony. WC on half floor.
All rooms with washbasins.
