IVV-Hachau Runde

From the village square Filzmoos go along to the roundabout and take the main road to Ramsau. Follow the road to the Aumühle. There you take the bridge on the left past the House Rabenbichl to the Auschuster. you can also go this far on the "Wanderbus". Before the road climbs up to Hachau, turn right and walk along the gravel road alongside the "warm Mandling" stream. Keep to the left, past the gate. From the log cabin the path climbs steadily uphill to the small Hauchau high plateau. Along the way there are beautiful resting points and beautiful views into Styria, of the Rittisberg and the Stausee. In  Hachau wonderful views of the Dachstein range. Now follow the road to the "Jausenstation Schnitzberg" (refreshments available). Past the Jausenstation Schnitzberg you hike along the forest road (approx. 20 min.) To Lassbauern. Now take the road, a bit steeper downhill, past the Hotel Alpenkrone back to the village square Filzmoos.
