After the bus stop follow Route 3 up the valley, past the Eibing Grundalm and over the mountain pastures up to the Henlabjoch ridge. Continue on the north side of the Staffkogel to the Oberreitjoch up to the summit.
Descent via Route 2 to Lengau.
