The fixed marked Easy Trail with its 9.2km and 310m+ is the perfect beginner trail run or for those who want to do a quick lap.

After the start at the "Trailbase Hochkönigman" (Natrunbahn car park) at 807m, run left twice onto the main road towards Rohrmoos first approx. 500m on asphalt then left over a bridge and through a pasture gate along a trail then turn left in via Kraller to Liebmannhof. Passing the Liebmannhof you come to the asphalt road in the direction of Riemannhaus, which you follow briefly before turning left uphill to Gasthof Kronreith. After a short breather, turn right up two hairpin bends and you will reach the speed trail. Here the route descends rapidly and is followed by super trails in the direction ofdirection of Maria Alm. Once you arrive in Maria Alm, just cross the road and you are back at the starting point.

Coming from Salzburg: Take the A10 motorway to the Bischofshofen exit, then take the B311 towards Bischofshofen. Follow the Hochkönig Bundesstraße/B164 to Maria Alm.
Coming from Innsbruck/ Kufstein: Take the Loferer Straße/B178 in the direction of St. Johann i.T., then follow the Hochkönig Bundesstraße/B164 via Saalfelden to Maria Alm.
