You start in the Ellmautal, at the parking space Grundlehen. You hike upwards through the forest to the Loosbühelalm. The snow shoe track is signposted.
The Loosbühelalm opens also in winter (consider the opening hours). Up there, you get spoiled with self-made delicacies.
You can either hike down on the same track or you go down by sledge, which you can rent directly at the Loosbühelalm.
