Easy and leisurely winter hike to the rustic Kleinarler hut in the Radstätter Tauern in Salzburg. The perfectly groomed path / forest road leads from the Hirschleiten parking lot directly to the hut. Before going down on the sledge, it is worth stopping at the Kleinarler Hütte. From the cheese dumpling soup and the Brettljause to the Kaiserschmarren - with the popular hut classics, hikers and touring skiers are spoiled with culinary delights.

From the Hirschleiten car park, the perfectly groomed path / forest road leads directly to the Kleinarler Hütte in about 2 hours.
Descent with the sledge: On the 6.5 kilometer long natural sledge run you immerse yourself in the beautiful Kleinarl mountains and get back to the Hirschleiten car park directly via the forest road / sledge run.

Good shoes, sledges can also be rented directly at the hut.
Do you want to save yourself the climb? Then the host will pick you up from the Kleinarler Hütte at the Hirschleiten car park with the skidoo. Simply reserve a skidoo in advance (Tel .: +43 664 37 09 977). Up to 8 people can be transported on one trip.
Only 350m from the Hirschleiten car park, at the end of the forest road, you will find the farm shop (small fridge) from Bio aus dem Tal.
Here you can buy various types of cheese, milk and sausage products for snacks during the ski tour or to take home. Please have the appropriate money ready.
Due to the weather conditions, tobogganing is only recommended for experienced tobogganers

Via the A10 Tauern Autobahn to Bischofshofen or Altenmarkt and on to Wagrain. There branch off into Kleinarltal and drive to Kleinarl. In the village at the Hotel Angerwirt right over the bridge up to the signposted Hirschleiten car park.
