This jogging circuit is approximately 13 kilometres long without demandings ascents.

From the car park run a short distance along the Tauern Cycle Path in the direction of Kaprun, turn left into Salzachstraße and continue until just before the underground. Turn right into Wiesenweg and continue to the fork in the road. Turn left into the Bahnhofsiedlung and continue straight ahead to the level crossing. Cross the level crossing and the main road and continue along the side road to the Fürth roundabout. Turn left at the roundabout and immediately right into Matzenstraße. Continue straight on towards Kaprun until you reach the roundabout. Turn left at the roundabout and continue to the Tauern Spa. Turn left again and follow the road to the Salzachbrückenwirt. Finally, follow the Tauern Cycle Path back to your starting point.
