The house Rofner is situated in an excellent location of Seefeld from were you can have a wonderful panoramic views over the Karwendel Mountains. The house is around 500m far from the centre were you can find the pedestrian zone, a lot of restaurants with Italian and Austrian kitchen, markets and boutique shops. Description Family run house with 5 apartments in traditional Tyrolean style in a good conditions with 2 rooms apartments for 2-4 person and 1 room apartments for 2 person, with description below: Apartment type A – 40 m2 - No smoking! Two rooms apartment for 2-4 person, open kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher+ micro), one combined living-sleeping room with double pull out sofa, one sleeping room with separate beds, bath room with tub/WC, TV, Internet access, terrace. It is situated at the ground floor. Apartment type B - 35 m2 - No smoking! Two rooms apartment, for only 2 person, a small kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, one living room, one sleeping room with queen size bed, bath room with tub/WC,cable/TV, Internet access, balcony. It is situated at the second floor. Apartment type C - 30m2 - No smoking! Studio, one room apartment, for 2 person,a small kitchen fully equipped (some with dishwasher), combined living-sleeping room with double pull out sofa or queen bed size, bath room with tub/WC, cable/TV, Internet access, terrace/balcony, situated at the ground floor or second floor. Apartment D - 60 m2 - No smoking! Two rooms apartment for 2-4 person, one room with queen size bed and one combined living-sleeping room with double pull out sofa, every room with TV, Internet access, separate entrance and terrace. Each room has a small fully equipped kitchen (one with dishwasher) and each room has a bathroom with shower/WC. This apartment can be split in two studios for two person each, there is a double separated doors. It is situated at the ground floor. Apartment F – open-plan apartment 58 m2 - No smoking! Two rooms apartment for 2-4 persons, with open kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave). One living room with sleeping corner with king size bed, one sleeping room with king size bed, walk-in wardrobe, bathroom with tub/WC, TV, Internet access, balcony. It is situated at the first floor. Facilities -For children we offer free baby cots and high chairs. -As well as the panoramic balconies, our house offers a separate terrace for all our guests. -Parking is available in front of the house. -Wireless Internet access is free in all apartments. -The gratis shuttle bus/ski buses stop only 10 meters away. Sport&Leisure in Summer time The Olympiaregion Seefeld, located 1,200 m high on an open south-facing plateau, offers a lot of sports challenges with 200 km of Mountain Bike trails, 19 different routes covering approximately 160 km for Running and Nordic Walking. In an pure countryside atmosphere, with views who you can see only in Tirol, you can enjoy Golf, Tennis, Horse Riding or Walking, Mountain Hikes, Climbs. And not to forget the Olympia Complex with 3 indoor swimming pools (2 for children), 1 outdoor swimming pool and Saunas.
