The trail leads past wonderful scenic outlook points and the ruin of Grimmenstein Castle. During the tour, hikers listen to an exciting story. There are riddles to solve and the visitor decides the course the story will take.

The hike leads from the train station or from the church in Walzenhausen about half an hour uphill to a comfortable fireplace with a magnificent view. From there it goes about an hour down or straight, past a monastery from the 14th century and more fireplaces to the ruins of Grimmenstein Castle from the 13th century. This is also where a highlight of the adventure story takes place, keyword treasure. At the end of the hike, it is about half an hour uphill back to the starting point.
