Once the last houses of Triesen have been passed, you will also quickly pass by the quarry and the pastures of Matruela. That's the point where the most challenging ascent to Lawena Valley begins. The hay cabins of Magrüel and the vertical view down to the Lawena Valley can be admired. Be careful, at various points on the route there are shear drops where it is possible to fall.
The raw charm of the Lawena with its view of some of the most beautiful peaks in Liechtenstein, and a cool drink at the inn, is the reward at the end.
Attention: Due to high risk of falling, riding carefully during the descent is advised.
