Especially worth seeing is the benedictine abbey at St. Paul – the “Carinthian Treasure House” with showpiece specimens, among them impressive loans from renowned Austrian collections for the art lover also the church of St. Leonhard with gotic windows of the 15th century or the museum in Wolfsberg with local history and former tools of the peasantry.

In winter the valley offers 4 different skiing areas - Koralpe, Klippitztörl, Weinebene, Hebalm. It’s a paradise for skiing with more than 90 km of slopes for beginners as well as professionals but also cross-country skiing, tobogganning and curling give new perspective of the landscape – every time a new experience of nature – cosy huts give a new feeling of hospitality.
