Location
Our family-run guest house is about a two-minute walk from the centre of Kirchberg and 5 km from Kitzbühel. This means you can easily reach us either by car or by train. If you prefer to drive, our own private parking area is naturally at your disposal.

Start off your day...
...with a delicious breakfast from the well-stocked buffet in our friendly, spacious breakfast room. And if you enjoy company – whether you want to chat, watch television or play board games – you can settle down in our comfortable living room.

Rooms and Appartements
Our house has 6 double rooms and 8 appartements. Feel at home in our newly refurbished rooms and apartments, all of which are equipped with a shower or bath, toilet, balcony, cable television and radio alarm-clock.

Visit our infrared fitness and health cabin
after an active sporting day to recover and regenerate.

Summertime
Just a couple of minutes away from our house you will find a lake for swimming, tennis courts and mini-golf; alternatively, you can stretch out in our garden or on the terrace or have a game of table-tennis or badminton – or simply enjoy the peace and quiet. For mountain bikers we have a bicycle room equipped with a set of tools (for major or minor repairs). We will be only too glad to help you plan a beautiful bicycle ride or mountain bike tour.

Diese Preise verstehen sich pro Person und Tag inkl. Frühstücksbuffet bei einem Mindestaufenthalt von drei Tagen. Kinderermäßigung nur gültig mit zwei voll zahlenden Personen im Zimmer.
Dazu kommt die Ortsabgabe für den Tourismusverband von derzeit Euro 1,50 pro Person/Nacht.
