Welcome at our Cottage Sebastian

Location:
Forget the everyday stress and enjoy the beautiful view of the large terrace on Itter and the valley.
Our cottage is slightly above the sitter (about 10 minutes from the city center).
For the summer-guest is our cottage as a starting point for hikes (the most beautiful scenic mountain Tyrol "Hohe Salve"), Montainbiketouren, climb in the Kaiser-mountains,
or to relax.

Cottage:
The equipment includes:

  • a kitchen (Ceras-cooker, oven, micowave, coffee maker, kettle, egg-cooker, dishwasher,
refriegerator with freezer)
  • a livingroom with fireplace (including wood; sattelite-TV, CD-radio)
  • there are also a bathroom, a toilet/shower and a separate WC
The sleeping area is divided into 3 rooms (2 x 2 bed + extra bed, 1 x double bed + bunk bed)
A lavatry room and a washing mashine are also available.
