You are living in a lovingly renovated farmhouse in Pankrazberg which is between Fügen and Hochfügen. The house is on a hill and is surrounded by a deer farm. This is a really quiet and relaxing spot and is a short drive to the wander areas Hochfügen (15 minutes) and Spieljoch (5 minutes) or by foot to middle station Spieljoch (1 hour approx.)

The house is suitable for a maxium of 10 people.
Korum has a big terrace.
On the ground floor is:

• a cosy stube with wood oven, Sat TV and radio
  
• a big living area / kitchen (with crockery, coffee machine and electric oven, fridge with freezer)
  
• 1 bathroom with shower and toilet
  
• 1 bathroom with bath, toilet and washing machine
  

• 2 bedrooms with double beds
  
• 2 bedrooms with 3 beds
  

Worth knowing:
In this house the kitchen and living area has a wood oven. The other rooms have electric heating. In our SKI- AND SNOWBOARDSCHOOL KOSTENZER and SKIHIRE KOSTENZER , our house guests receive a reduction of 10% on ski hire and 5 % on ski school in our ski hires / ski schools Fügen and Hochfügen.
The house has a big terrace. Car parking is by the house. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be hired at extra cost.
Dogs are not allowed.
