The descent starts below the restaurant in Berghaus Foppa, then leads you through the forest and a specially prepared for sledging track back to the starting point at the valley station in Flims. After starting under the Berghaus Foppa restaurant, it winds its way through the tall firs in the forest at the foot of the imposing Flims stone. It's all about the numerous curves and the snow-covered landscape. In half, the toboggan run crosses the ski slope once and leads along the Flem, which flows through Flims before the Val Stenna with the same name gorge. North of the valley section, which separates the two districts Flims village and Waldhaus, you get on a specially prepared for sledging track back to the starting point to the valley station. If you look to the north from here, you will discover the Glarus thrust, which has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2008, at the Tschingelhörner. South lies on the debris cone of the Flims landslide of the Grosswald with its four lakes. Overwhelming is the view from Conn in the Rhine Gorge.
