Corviglia - Val Suvretta San Murezzan - Champfèr

Comfortably with the mountain railways from St. Moritz to the Signal and from Chantarella to Corviglia, the St.Moritz local mountain at 3059 m above sea level. A short break in the Quattro Bar is not only worthwhile because of the fantastic panoramic view of the surrounding 3000m peaks and the Bernina Group, it also serves as an acclimatisation aid, as the start is followed by a short but steep ramp up to the Alpina Hut. Then follows the cross passage over a gravel road to Munt da San Murezzan. Where the trail to the Suvretta Pass begins, on the right side of the slope you can admire the starting signal of the men's downhill run.

The trail from the Suvretta Pass down through the Val Suvretta da San Murezzan is a highlight for lovers of technical challenges and high alpine terrain. The topic line choice can be tasted to the excess here. The gravel path from Alp Suvretta offers a brief opportunity to get your pulse back to normal, before finally taking the Foppettas Trail, a unique combination of waves and curves; pure fun!
