Our family- and child-friendly accommodation is a well looked-after building with a lovely private garden delightfully situated on the sunny side of Lake Ossiach in Carinthia, Southern Austria, five minutes' walk from our private beach.

1 bedroom with 3 beds, plus a comfortable sitting-room/ 2nd bedroom with sofa bed. South-facing balcony with flowers and a stunning view over the lake.

Flat Type 2: 53m², for 2-6 Personen, EUR 54 - 95 per day
Comfortable sitting-room with breakfast bar, dining table and sofa bed. 2 twin bedrooms. Beautiful westerly view over the lake - perfect for sunsets. With either balcony or terrace.

Flat Type 3: 50m², for 2-6 persons, EUR 54 - 95 per day
Spacious sitting-room with double sofa bed, dining table and 2 folding beds. One additional bedroom sleeps 2. Large balcony. Fitted kitchen.

Flat Type 4: 45m², for 2-4 persons, EUR 50 - 75 per day
Very comfortable self-contained flat on the ground floor of the cottage. South-facing balcony. Charming open fireplace. Fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven etc), 1 bedroom, spacious sitting-room/2nd bedroom, hallway.

Cottage: 69m², for 2-7 persons, EUR 90 - 120 per day
Our comfortable and well-equipped cottage is exclusively for your family's use. Enjoy the privacy of your own cottage with all the facilities available in the main building only a few steps away. Two self-contained flats connected by a staircase. Spacious flat downstairs and a smaller, cosier flat upstairs. Ideal for bigger families!


Feel like home

• The private beach has its own jetty and a boathouse with a rowing boat, surfboards, sunshades and deckchairs/loungers.
  
• We also have a playground, a private garden, mountain bikes (for adults and children), a sauna, a sunbed, a gym, table football, board games, darts and a library.
  
• We organize hikes and excursions through the magnificent countryside to local attractions as well as barbecues in the grounds of the house itself.
  
• All apartments have their own cooking facilities, a washing machine and a dryer but we also have a bakery and change bed linen as required.
