The Römerhof indoor water park invites you daily to let go and relax and is especially reserved for the guests of our hotel. Particularly popular is the beautiful indoor pool with lagoon, whirl pool, infra red chamber, steam grotto infused with herbs, solarium, Finnish sauna, BIO sauna, tea bar & spring water fountain – relaxation lounge with fireplace.

In the old vaults of the Roman tower you will find a "MUSE TEMPLE" for your relaxed moments. Our hotel is pleased to offer an in-house wellness program with various massages featuring products made from the healing herbs of our Alpine region. Our masseuse will gladly give you advise: would your prefer an arnica massage for sore muscles or is a massage using marmot oil a better choice or your joint pain?

Behind the historic ruins of the nostalgic Roman tower hides an enchantingly beautiful apartment on 3 levels. In addition to a canopy bed for romantic types, a luxurious bathroom with whirlpool and circular climate shower as well as a wood paneled living room with Joggl table, a tiled stove and a small cooking nook are available to pamper you.
Even kids will have their own space when they enter the original "Juchee" through a spiral staircase located directly below the pitched roof.

Coming via Munich approx. 2 hours
Coming via Salzburg approx. 1 hour:
Tauern motorway heading south to "Bischofshofen", Exit "Gasteinertal", A-Road 167 to the Gasteinertal.
Coming via Innsbruck approx. 2 hours:
Motorway via Wörgl, A-Road 312 over St.Johann/Tirol to Lofer, A-Road 311 over "Zell am See" to Lend, A-Road 167 to Gastein or motorway - Kufstein – Salzburg - Villach, exit Gasteinertal, A-Road 167 to Gasteinertal.
Coming From the south you drive past Villach, Möllbrücke and Obervellach to Mallnitz and comfortably reach Gastein from there by the car pass.
By train
Euro- und Intercity trains stop at Dorfgastein railway station.
By Air
The nearest airports are Munich and Salzburg. Taxi transfers to and from Gasteinertal are available.
