In order to increase safety for cyclists on the routes, as well as other visitors of the area, Czarna Góra SA and association "Park Rowerowy" recommend the following precautions:

a) Riding on the routes is only possible on a bike adapted for MTB downhill and with protective clothing,

b) during the ride it is permitted to stop only in designated places or outside the actual route,

c) after the end of the downhill ride it is forbidden to walk along the trail pushing the bike,

d) during the ride, it is necessary to keep a safe distance with respect to other cyclists on the track - especially it is forbidden to overtake or cut corners before other cyclists, as well as push or pull other bikers etc.,

e) riders should take responsibility for the safety of pedestrians, who may appear on the route or in its vicinity, and

f) indecent behavior and use of offensive language is prohibited on the routes.

The routes can ride only people who:

a) hold a license issued by the UCI or ride in hobby category;

b) have a properly equipped bicycle (at least with the front shock absorber and agile brakes) and are dressed in protective clothing (at least helmet full integrated with the chin guard, elbow pads, knee pads, shoulder pads, padding thighs, long pants, shirts with long sleeves, full finger gloves, goggles), and

c) have a pass or ticket for travel by the cableway.
