Enchanting Filzalm Lake
A mountain experience for the whole family! Surrounded by exciting “adventure stations”, traditional alpine huts and countless hiking trails, the Filzalm Lake is a true highlight of summer!
The cable car takes you comfortably and directly up to Hochbrixen, where you come to the Filzalm Lake after a 5 min. walk. An enchanting landscape of alpine pastures presents itself to visitors around the idyllic lake, providing ample opportunity to discover and explore. For example, the biotope right by the lake has viewing shafts that let you look at life in a pond, or the giant hand, which can be moved with ropes, a giant eye that turns everything upside down and the mystical water giant, who rises up secretly out of the lake.
Other attractions: large paddling pool, mud pool, bare-foot path, foot massage and much more. Cosy huts and mountain inns in the immediate vicinity. Giant path to Hochsöll and to the Hohe Salve – one of the most stunning mountains in Tyrol with amazing views.
