Lake Achensee - Tirol's Sports & Vitality Park

The lakeshore, which can be approached from any point, and the impressive paths in the valleys of the Nature Park Karwendel offer amazing outdoor experiences in summer and in winter. Mountain biking, hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing – Lake Achensee inspires and is filled with magical moments!

Tip: The Achensee Holiday Card allows visitors to make the most of their summer holidays, providing an all-round experience at a very favourable inclusive price. The card is valid for seven days and allows unlimited visits or use of the following attractions: the Rofan cable car in Maurach, the Karwendel cable car in Pertisau, the Achensee ships and Europe’s oldest steam cog railway, the Achensee Museum World in Maurach, the Sixenhof museum of local history in Achenkirch and the Tiroler Steinöl® Vitalberg in Pertisau. The Achensee Holiday Card is available from 27 April to 27 October 2024 and costs EUR 94,00. Children up to the age of 15 years pay half price, and children under 7 years receive the card for free.
