You want to be active during your vacation, experience a lot of new things, relax and enjoy....wonderful days and unforgettable moments in a quiet environment, then we look forward to welcoming you to Martinshof, our 3S Edelweiss award-winning farm, located about 2 km from Längenfeld in the hamlet of Dorf. Ideal starting point for summer and winter activities.
The apartment, furnished with great attention to detail, offers everything you need to feel completely comfortable and at ease during your vacation!

Our apartment "Bergblick" with approx. 60 m² and own entrance has: Anteroom with wardrobe; 1 double room; 1 single room (1.40 m wide); directly opposite the apartment, there is an additional single room (for the 4th person); 1 bathroom with shower, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer and toiletries; 1 separate WC. The eat-in kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster and much more, as well as a cozy dining area and couch for watching TV (flat-screen satellite TV). The apartment has a south-facing balcony - enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains.
Bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and tea towels are of course provided.

heated ski room with boot dryer.

In the morning we are happy to spoil you with our bread roll service.
You can choose from the bakery's extensive selection
and start the day with a hearty breakfast.

We ask you not to smoke in our accommodation. You are welcome to enjoy your cigarette on the balcony or outside. Thank you for your understanding.

For the well-being of our guests, pets are not allowed.

Winter hiking for nature lovers and those seeking relaxation.
What could be more beautiful and romantic than walking through the winter landscape in bright sunshine?
It could hardly be more idyllic.

*Leisure and sports facilities

In winter you can enjoy the 40 km network of cross-country ski trails from the front door, or discover the top ski areas of Sölden and Obergurgl / Hochgurgl with the free ski bus.
The enchanted winter landscape invites you to go hiking and snowshoeing. Tobogganing from the nearby huts is also fun for the whole family.
