"Soeldens best location“ and on the sunny side of Gruenwald lies our apartment house with 4 modern apartments. Located at a height of 1500 meters. In the winter directly (10 meters) beneath the ski slopes of the legendary Giggijochbahn gondola (Nos. 21 and 22) and in summer on the beautifullest trecking routes of the Oetztal region. The center of Soelden can be reached on foot in about 1.5 kilometers. Our holiday houses of Panorama Alm and the skihut are right above the apartment house.
In our apartments you will leave something very special. Starting next winter (01.12.2009) enjoy our Freiezeit Arena All-inclusive services with indoor pool, sauna and ice-skating 1x per stay, as well as a new ski hut above our apartment with Tyrolean foods and a great sun terrace. So you can start in a perfect summer-, autumn- and winter holiday in Soelden/Oetztal.
You will enjoy the warm and pleasant atmosphere and a fabulous location, in Sölden its equal. From the balcony, you will be surprised of the panoramic view you will rarely see elsewhere. From the rooms on the ski slopes or the most beautiful hiking trails. So relaxed holidays can be.

Enjoy your vacation in our apartments / suites in the beautiful Sölden is something for everyone. Whether family, friends or a larger group all come fully on your costs.
In our apartment house you will find four 4 apartments, which are split over 2 floors. On the first floor is an apartment for up to 7 persons (3 bedrooms) and an apartment for up to 4 persons (2 bedrooms). On the second floor you find an apartment for up to 6 persons (3 bedrooms) and an apartment for up to 4 persons (2 bedrooms). All bedrooms have a toilet and a shower / tub. From most rooms you have in the south-facing balconies the most beautiful panoramic views over Sölden.
Holidays at its best. Sociable rounds in a cozy atmosphere or romance for 2 on the balcony bustle of everyday life then let go, in the ears the murmur of the brook and the twittering of birds - ears of a unique nature.

Approx. 90m², 3 bedrooms of which 2 double bedroom and 1 threebed room (outside the flat, with one double bed and one single bed), balcony, every room has a safe, internet connection (for a fee) and sat TV. Bed-linen and towels available, 3 showers (1 bath/shower), 3 separate WC's, kitchen with basin, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezing compartment, 4 plate stove and dining table. Common using of barbecue place (only in summer), skiroom and washing machine with laundry dryer (for a fee).

Kindern bieten wir im Sommer einen Spielplatz mit Rutsche, Schaukeln und Sandkasten. Ein Grillplatz mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Sonnenliegen stehen im Garten frei zur Verfügung. Waschmaschine und ein Wäschetrockner können gegen eine geringe Gebühr genutzt werden, Kinderbett und Hochstuhl sind kostenlos vorhanden (bitte bei Buchung anmelden).

Reservation fee: A payment of 20% of the cost must be made within 7 days of reservations.
