„In Soldens best Location“ on the sunny side of Gruenwald here you can find our modern cottages, built in 2008. With a perfect panorama view located at a height of 1500 meters. In winter directly beneath the ski slopes of the legendary Giggijoch gondola (Nr. 21 and 22) an in summer directly beneath the most beautifullest tracking routes of the region Oetztal. You can reach Soelden center by feet in 1,5 kilometers. Our holiday flats 'Alpenhof Grunwald' are right beneath the Panorama Alm. The skihut with apres ski and restaurant is above the vacation rentals.

If you are seraching in Soelden for a holiday home or holiday homes you will see the Panorama Alm soon noticed. The in 2008 built cottages are not like ordinary objects, but offer spa for single use and a comfortable accommodation in Soelden rare find. Our cottages have been aware in the Tyrolean styles with old wood from farms in the Oetztal built, to let the old traditions live! A combination of the old and the new for you perfect holiday.The Panorama Alm Soelden, consists out of four cottages.
Their names refer to the surrounding mountains of the Ötztal Alps, in the middle of which lies Sölden. Look from the window out of your house, so you will see the striking mountains. The cottages for 6 persons bear the name "Nederkogl (the mountain of Soelden) and" Söldenkogl ", the cottages for 8 people bear the name" Brunnenkogl "and" Grieskogl ".
Step inside and feel the unprecedented ambience. Experience the alpine hut magic and simply enjoy the comfortable atmosphere. Feel completely at home while relaxing in the sauna. In addition, you can leave your car in the underground parking.

Approx. 100m², 4 bedrooms 3 of which are double rooms and one room with bunk beds, balcony and terrace, each room has a safe and a flatscreen TV, bed-linen and towels are available, finnish sauna, 2 showers with hair-dryers, 2 separate WC's, 1 underground parking place and additional parking directly in front of the cabin, WI-FI (for free), living room with couch, flatscreen TV and radio, kitchen with washbasin, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezing compartment, ceramic stove top and dining table. Common using of barbecue place (only in summer) and skiroom, washing machine and laundry dryer (for a fee). In one vacation rental is an additional sofa bed available (in a doublebed room). Self catering.
Route/Position
The center of Sölden is located about 1.5 km away and you can reach it downhill for example per feet in 20 minutes (Note no public bus service). Uphill recommended taxi or car.

From the west through the Arlberg tunnel, exit Ötztal, then up to Sölden
From the north past Kufstein or across the Achen pass - Jenbach - Innsbruck or Garmisch-Partenkirchen - Mittenwald or Fern pass - Nassereith - Imst, exit Ötztal, then up to Sölden
From the north-east past Kiefersfelden - Kufstein - Innsbruck, exit Ötztal, onward to Sölden

Sölden in the Valley of Supelative - the Oetztal located, is one of the best known ski resorts in the world. But even in the summer Sölden has so much to offer. Walking in Sölden is one of the main activities, therefore, also because Sölden trails are for beginners to climbers each coming at its costs.
As a cycling and Mountainbikeldorado Sölden has also made a name. Consider the " Deutschlandtour" or the Oetztaler Radmarathon annually increasing number of participants.
