The stunning network of 53 topnotch cable cars and lifts serves over 180 kilometers of terrain, ascending from 1,400m to 2,750m. The ski area is carefully designed to match the needs of today's skier and rider. St. Laurentius Family Hotel Ski-In/Ski-Out Convenience: Get the most out of your vacation when you stay right at the slopes. No walking, driving, or shuttles - just put on your skis or board and go! Nestled on the scenic Sun Plateau, the St. Laurentius Family Hotel is located at the doorstep of some of the finest winter sports activities in Tirol. A stunning network of cross country ski trail systems (111 kilometers) are waiting to be explored by you. Walk into a winter wonderland. Rush down the 10K toboggan tracks. Have fun at terrain parks, speed and carving trails. "Berta’s Children’s Land", the 10,000sq m ski and play area of Fiss-Ladis Ski School, is designed to pique a child's imagination, while providing a fun environment for developing skiing skills. A marquee, a giant dinosaur and Berta, the mascot, draw Fiss-Ladis ski kids into a world of their own. Kids-only lifts, such as six Magic Carpets, make going uphill easy and kids-only facilities, such as wave run, slides and chutes, practice lift, merry roundabout, and much more provide kid-size amenities. Berta’s Children’s Land is easily accessible within a three minutes’ ride on Sonnenbahn Fiss-Ladis gondola. The Fiss-Ladis Ski School offers a broad range of programs, with kids first taking to skis at three years of age. Half-day Bambini lessons are available Mondays to Fridays with free trial instruction on Sundays or Mondays. All Fiss-Ladis ski kids enjoy chaperoned meals at the „Kids Planet“, the children’s restaurant of the ski school.
