1. Inntal Autobahn (Toll road!)Exit at Achensee, onto Achensee federal B 181, drive along the Achensee to Maurach. Directly beside the federal highway is the Rofan cable car.

2. Those traveling from the direction of Munich should exit at the Holzkirchen, Tegernsee, Achenpass or Bad Tölz turn off - at the international border - the federal highway B 181 from Achenkirch to Maurach - besides the federal highway is the Rofan cable car.
