Für alle Schneefans, die den ganzen Sommer über an den Winter gedacht haben, sollte es schnellstens auf den Berg gehen. Kein Thema bei der neuen Talstation der Horbergbahn. Modern und kundenfreundlich gebaut, bietet sie neben dem großzügigen Parkplatz ein Skidepot und Servicecenter. 8-Personen-Kabinen bringen Gäste in knapp 15 Minuten auf den Berg mitten ins Wintersportvergnügen.

And, as far as snow is concerned, it’s guaranteed over the entire Ahorn area from now on! This means that snow enthusiasts can count on perfectly prepared downhill runs into the spring, thus swinging down directly into Mayrhofen on the 5.5 km downhill slopes. A run on the Harakiri, Austria’s steepest slopes, is certainly not for the faint-hearted. With an incline of 78%, the Harakiri slope requires a lot of punch and staying power. Boarders and free skiers can demonstrate their skills in Mayrhofen’s Vans Penken Park – the best fun park in the Alps.

Skipasses are available from a half day up to three and a half days and valid in the ski area "Mayrhofen", the Zillertaler Superskipass valid on all the lifts in the Zillertal incl. glacier and available from 4 to 21 days.
