We are pleased to offer our guests a nice, relaxing holiday in our well-equipped apartments / double rooms.

Location
Our house is located in Lech in the quiet and sunny district Stubenbach. In winter we are very easy to reach, with local bus, ski bus and night bus. In a few minutes you can be in the center at the lifts or for dinner in the restaurants, without having to use your car. The legendary ski run "Langer Zug" ends a few meters above the house.
In summer, some hiking and walking trails start just a few meters above our house. The hiking bus and local bus brings you comfortably into the hiking area.

Food

• Double room with breakfast (mainly local products)
• Apartments with kitchen use and bread service (usage-based cost allocation)

The local bakery (Backstube Lech) delivers fresh bread every day.

Facilities
There are 10 beds available in three apartments, either as

• An apartment with use of kitchen or a double room with living room for 1-2 people
• One apartment with use of kitchen or as two double rooms with living space for 2-4 people
• One apartment with use of kitchen or as two double rooms with living space for 4 people

As a family friendly house, we offer a child discount (up to 14 years) on the standard bed / double bed.
Our motto is: "Enough space for children and adults, for a relaxing holiday".
Travel cots and high chairs, as well as two sleighs with backrest and sheepskin are available free of charge.

In winter, one garage space is included per apartment, additional parking space in front of the house available.
In summer, bicycles or motorbikes can be parked in the garage free of charge.
