Programme:

Saturday Arrival and at greeting at the hotel at 6.30 pm

Sunday 10.00 to 12.00: ski school meeting point in the Biathlon centre, Tour of the World cup stadium 2007 and introduction to the basics and history of the biathlon. Adjusting the ski equipment
1.30 to 3.30 pm: Starting dates, arrival and correction of running technique, and safety techniques when handling the biathlon gun, learning the shooting positions

Monday and Tuesday 10 to 12 pm and 1.30-3.30 pm: Biathlon course, refining the running and shooting techniques

Wednesday Leisure activity for each participant in the morning, from 1.30 to about 4.30 pm: Snowshoeing possibly with tobaggon run.

Thursday 10.00-12.00 pm and 1.30-3.30 pm: Biathlon Intensive-course, combined running-shooting training

Friday 10.00-12.00 pm Material and wax work
1.30 to 4.30 pm: Final races with Gaudi Biathlon with Running and award ceremony, followed by a farewell to participants from the Biathlon teachers
