CUISINE

Where else can you enjoy the best of both worlds? Typical South Tyrolean cuisine, coupled with the star quality of Italian and international specialities.

If you choose the comfortable half-board deal you can enjoy a generous buffet breakfast, including an organic food corner. In the evening there's a wide choice of four course menus as well as a buffet of brightly coloured salads (with a selection of the finest extra virgin oils and dressings), desserts, fruit and cheeses.
