Typical South Tyrolean cuisine, coupled with the star quality of Italian and international specialities. If you choose the comfortable half-board deal you can enjoy a generous buffet breakfast, including an organic food corner. In the evening there's a wide choice of four course menus as well as a buffet of brightly coloured salads (with a selection of the finest extra virgin oils and dressings), desserts, fruit and cheeses.
