By car:
Inn Valley Motorway (A12 - Vignettenpflicht, A13 - Vignettenpflicht and duty)) - Exit: Ziller Valley. Take Federal Highway B169 to Mayrhofen, then the Tux Road to Hintertux. (From Motorway exit to Hintertux approx 31 mi/50km). It is well cleared and spread with gravel in winter. Snow chains are required when new snow falls. Weights limit 16 tons, no trailers permitted, max. vertical clearance in avalanche galleries 4.2m.





By train:
Express railways station: Jenbach/Tyrol. Ziller Valley Railway Company (train or bus service) to Mayrhofen. Post bus service from Mayrhofen to Hintertux.
