Hüttschlag:
Hüttschlag (1.020 m), the former mining community, is situated 8 km from Großarl and has been part of the Hohe Tauer national park since 1991. The ski bus is the best way to get access to the Großarl ski circuit. With its wealth of offerings, Hüttschlag especially appeals to cross-country skiiers, winter hikers and ski mountaineers. Winter: The Hüttschlag venue is accessed via a well-cleared street (approx. 3.5 km). Winter equipment is needed. The Großarl-Dorfgastein ski resort is situated 11 km away and is a member of the Amade ski association - 860 km of slopes and 270 lifts, all of which are usable with one card Summer in Hüttschlag: Hüttschlag can also be reached via a romantic hiking trail over the ‘Wallnersteg’ pedestrian bridge, past a crashing waterfall and the beautiful baroque church (approx. ½ hour walk). The Hüttschlag and Großarl national park communities are known as the valley of pastures. Location: We run a BIO-FARM at a height of 1,222 m above sea level, directly above Hüttschlag town, in a tranquil spot at the edge of the forest. No through-road. Our business: Our farm was awarded the 3 flower prize recognizing the excellent room fittings as well as the whole farm. Access to the family guaranteed! NEUHAUS, the farm with comfort to put you at ease and relax_. Equipment: Guestrooms with satellite TV, en-suite guest kitchen, baby or child equipment such as: cot, camp bed, highchair and baby phone. Garage, private parking space, BBQ grills, large sunbathing area, deck chairs and sunshades, table tennis, sandpits, swing, games for children and adults. A rich breakfast buffet selection - with some of the products from our own biologically managed farming. When weather permits, breakfast can be taken in the garden in summer.
