The majestic summit plateau of the Gerlitzen can be seen for miles around and is the starting point for a truly unique skiing experience high above the valleys of Carinthia!
The choice is yours - go south, east, west or north to enjoy the naturally sculpted ski runs that stretch in all four directions and invite you to swing down them with carving skis or a snowboard. A total of 4 mountain lake storage tanks, high-performance snow-making technology and sophisticated application plans ensure top quality pistes and guaranteed snow from late November until April.
All pistes are certified and have been awarded the "Kärnter Pistengürtelsiegel" seal of quality control.


*THE SHORTEST ROUTE

The most important motorways in the region (As, A10 and A11) are located directly outside the many access gates (P1 to P9) to Carinthia´s most centrally located ski centre.
Public transport also gets you to Gerlitzen in a more environmentally friendly way.

If you are travelling by plane, Klagenfurt Airport is only 25-minute drive away, and many hotels and B&Bs will be pleased to organise a transfer for you.


*PARKING ALONG THE PISTES

Ski right down to where you have parked your car! We habe more than 1.800 parking spaces located directly next to the slopes. Check out their exact location in the panorama overviews P5-P9.

Did you know that the Gerlitzen Kanzalbahn cable car line is ready to lift you above the hustle and bustle of everyday life by 8:30am?
The ticket desks at the valley station open as early as 8:20am. And during the Christmas holidays, the opening times of the cable car line are brought forward by another 15 minutes!
