Tux-Finkenberg lies at the foot of the Hintertux glacier at the heart of the Zillertal 3000 ski and glacier world! And, after that, why not take the plunge and experience the regional highlight: the Hintertux Glacier, Austria’s most attractive, unique year-round ski area with powder guaranteed from October to May. The ascent to 3,250 m with the Glacierbus3 holds the promise of adrenaline-filled moments… Visitors revel in the panorama terrace, snow park, Tuxer Fernerhaus (après-ski), Sommerbergalm or the breathtaking, 12 km downhill run into the valley, a little closer to heaven as they do so. The Glacier Circuit, with its 72,000 m of slopes and 15,000 m of altitude difference, runs through the entire Zillertal 3000 ski and glacier world. Beginners, advanced or pros delight in the fabulous ski-runs, which offer unparalleled distances and widths. The free Tuxer sport bus shuttles you onwards, rapidly and comfortably…because, after all, the crowning glory of your trip is bound to be the visit to the breathtaking Hintertux Glacier.
